This Hoover Steam Cleaner is a popular cleaner with a price of $449. A unique feature with this style is a headlight for illuminating the stained area. The device has two tanks which includes a 128 ounce tank to hold the clean water, and a 96 ounce tank for the gray water.
Designed with “MaxExtract” technology, it is engineered with computer controls specifying proper settings necessary for diverse carpets and rugs providing a professionally-cleansed look.
By selecting the correct button, the “DualScrub” technology and “SpinScrub” brushes that effectively remove dirt built up around the carpet fibers.
The final step is to groom, or brush, the fibers using the “PowerGroomer” feature. It’s great for knocking out resistant stains in the carpet’s most soiled areas.
The soiled water is removed from the carpet with high-velocity suction, and the “AutoRinse” feature rinses the carpet with clean water, and applies direct heat to help dry the rug.
Most customers were pleased with the product, but they criticized the dirty water tank as being hard to empty.
