Using common tap water this unit provides steam and is ready in 30 seconds; without chemicals. Two 10x6½ ” absorbent, machine-washable terry-cloth pads have an elastic drawstring-type fitting and ridges to help scrub the floor are included. A water calcium filter helps remove damaging calcium from building in the unit.

Multiple reviews on this product stated it works well, but it leaves the floors too wet, and the pads shrink after they have been washed, so they need to be replaced.

The steam-on-demand trigger is convenient to more easily control the amount of steam – pull the trigger again to get the pad wetter – it’s certainly more fun than just a mop!. Two microfiber pads are included in the kit in addition to eucalyptus-mint fragrance for the water, and for use on carpets, a carpet glide is also contained in the kit.

Reviews on this product were generally favorable, but the main complaints that it takes longer to heat to the steam level, and it leaves the floor wetter than desired.

It has a removable nozzle and this easily maneuvered. This QuickSteamer is effective to remove deep down dirt as well as groom the carpet – resulting in professional-looking cleaning.

This model does use hard floor cleaning solution and fiber-cleaning chemicals for those heaving jobs that are more difficult to remove, and a Pet Stain and Odor Removal Formula with Scotchgard protection is also available for this easy cleaning. It is lightweight and very easy to use. There is no heating element in this unit, so the water is only as hot as the tap water used to fill the tank.

Reviews on this product were generally favorable, but the main complaints were that it is not an actual steam cleaner and doesn’t heat the water.
